The Body Beautiful Program is here to assist humans in seeing how beautiful they really are.  It's for all who are ready to fall in LOVE . . . with themselves!  It's about BEAUTY inside and out!

When we come into "Being" we are given something very precious - our physical body.  If you agree that "health is our greatest wealth" . . . then learning how to care for your physical body will be of high priority!

However, is that enough?  What happens when our mental and/or spiritual bodies are starving for some "nourishment"?  What if our emotional body is full of fears like inadequacy, jealousy, or scarcity?  Often this information is hidden from our conscious mind ~ we are unaware.  That is when our physical body takes over to show us something is just not right, and dis-ease can manifest in the physical.  Our bodies are ALWAYS trying to tell us something, to communicate in order to help us!
