I believe the health of all our bodies is our greatest wealth!

We are what we eat and what we think - whatever we put in  becomes the building blocks of our life.  Will our bodies be diseased or healthy ?  We get to choose.  Health can be very predictable.

I decided to take responsibility for my health about 10 years ago, and I'm so happy I did.  We can't expect to neglect our bodies and when they are breaking down go to a doctor and expect them to "fix" us.  When we take good care of our bodies, they can and do regulate and REGENERATE and run like a charm!

The acronym NEWSTAR helped me easily remember what I can do to support myself to better health:  good Nourishment for body, mind & soul, Exercise regularly, Water inside and out, Sunlight and healing Sound vibration, mindful Thoughts, fresh Air and deep breathing, and time for Relaxation and recreation!
